Highlands at Sugar Mountain- how does it trade? - Timeshare Users Group Online Community Forums

I just bought Highlands at Sugar Mountain off Ebay after reading the reviews and posts on TUG. I'm very happy about getting a place near Boone and look forward to using the timeshare so thanks for the info. The resale gives me opportunity to take the 2009 week and I'm not sure I can use it. Does anyone know what kind of trades Highlands would pull and would banking the week still be an option for a summer 2009 week? Since it will cost me extra if I take the 2009 week I want to be sure I can use it one way or another. I'll ask the exchange question in the exchange forum as well but I'd really like to get an idea of the trades possible. Thanks.

Since your question is so general (how does Highlands at SM trade?) I'm moving this to the US-Eastern forum where you should get some general help.

It trades well (usually) for me. This year I was surprised it took me longer to find what I wanted. It won't pull MC or Disney but I've always , always been able to trade it to somewhere extremely nice. shaggy
