Question on trading an exchange

I know renting an exchange is not permitted. I have a DVC VWL 1 br August week that I got in II. I won't be able to use it but would swap it with a fellow Tugger that would get me a 2010 week at some point through RCI. Is this permitted?
 
Nope. Exchanging or renting an exchange is prohibited by II.
