anyone using fring on their ipod touch?

i downloaded the APP fring onto my touch which should allow VOIP calls to be made. i can't seem to get the SIP to work (using voipstunt) but the skypeout works fine..what am i doing wrong that the call seems to be connecting but doesn't ring at the actual number i am calling? just rings and rings and rings and then terminates the call. HELP
