Extra Magic hours Disney

If I check in on Sunday and check out on Sunday, can I use the Extra Magic hours on both sundays?
Is it 4 person per room?
 
Yes, from the time you check in, until the end of the day you check out.

It would for anyone staying in the room, limited by capacity. Capacity is anywhere from 4 to 8 depending on room type.

Last time we were there, each person has to show their own room key to get the bracelet for extra magic hour.

They no longer give out wristbands. Now you show your room key/resort ID at every attraction you go on.
 
The room key (Key to the World card) is very easy to replace at any Guest Services counter in the parks or resorts, but you'll have to have ID (if not, just report it lost so it can be canceled and replace it when you get back to the resort). That's why we always charge to our room and leave our cash and CC's in the room safe.
