While not pertaining to timeshares directly, Starwood Resorts sued Hilton Hotels yesterday, accusing them of using stolen(via 2 defecting execs) confidential documents to develope its new Denizen chain. Will be interesting to see what comes from this lawsuit.

It looks like Hilton has its own set of fancy titles. Not only do we have a Global Head of Hilton Luxury & Lifestyle Brands, but we have a Global Head of Hilton Luxury & Lifestyle Brand Development. I guess the Global Head of Hilton Luxury & Lifestyle Brand Retention wasn't involved in the fiasco.
