need advice on how to respond to a travel agent

I've been contacted by a travel agent interested in renting my ts. I appreciate advise on how to respond, or should I?

I'd respond first by saying, "Hello." But I'd also be prepared to say...
Whether I'm interested in renting out my TS. The amount of rent I want.
Whether I have a written lease, or if I want the TA to prepare one.
How I want the rent to be paid (Money Order, Cashier's Check, Paypal?)

It would be helpful to be prepared to discuss these things.
