Ebay ID: tstransfers (0)

I asked them a few questions, since as most of you said, their listings aren't full of info, and we are concerned about the zero feed back. I asked them what their company name is, or what they're doing business as. They said they are "Timeshare Transfer". I read a post stating that that's a legit company. I can ask if they are indeed located in FL or not, but I'm pretty sure they are not Wanted Weeks as many of you had assumed.

I also asked who they use for escrow, they answered "Chicago Title". That's a legit well-known company too.

Anyhow, just wanted to clear some of that up. Not sure why they created an Ebay name now, or if they had another. I'm sure more experienced members might know.

My guess is that this seller is not the TS closing company Timeshare Transfers but another person who is using that name.

I might be a little uncomfortable about the zero rating but as long as the title company is solid and the funds will be held in an real escrow account. I'd not worry too much.

I can tell you with certainty only that whoever it is that you are dealing with is not the Timeshare Transfer, Inc. which is a timeshare closing company located in Vero Beach, FL, with which I have had numerous (successful and satisfied) dealings as both buyer and seller over the years.

The "Timeshare Transfer" I'm referring to above does not sell timeshares, handles its own escrow matters and uses FL bar attorney John E. Banks, Jr. for the legal part of their closing services. Whoever you are talking to / about most assuredly is not this Timeshare Transfer, Inc. described above (and previously).

Whomever it is that you're communicating with, I'm surprised they haven't (...if they haven't already) encountered a legal challenge from the "other" Timeshare Transfer regarding the very misleading use of the name.

Hmmm...they're out of LV, NV. Any connections to any other companies we know of already? I'll keep looking.

Just to confirm...... TS Transfers on ebay is not me. I'm timetraveltraders on ebay and I don't sell timeshares nowadays...
