I am looking to add points to my account and wanted to add points with resonable MF. I have been looking around resales and the MF's are all over the place in these adds. Is there a list or a "know fact" on MF?

Thanks for a wonderful forum everybody!

the one's in vegas and orlando have the cheapest, i think the las vegas hilton club one is the lowest

We just bought at HGVC Vegas, and the sales rep told us the Vegas properties have the lowest MF due to the low costs of maintenance (dry, easygoing weather, no natural disasters, etc)

I have been looking at several from Las Vegas and the MF chenges from posting to posting? I thought a 2 bedroom was a 2 bedroom, but I have seen several different numbers at the same resort. I assume some include taxes and some don't etc, but it has been varying from $700 to $969 within the same resort?

That is why I posted this message.

Could I ask what your MF are for the unit you purchased?

Harald

PS! Thanks for your response.

Here is a link to this years MFs Thread

It seems that Orlando & vegas are very close to each other.

If I were buying, I'd buy at a location I'd use so I could get home season reservations because the difference in MFs between them just isn't very much.
