Aruba Surf Club Governing Docs

If anyone has a copy of the govering documents for the Aruba Surf Club I would really appreciate a copy. Marriott will not supply me with them since we traded into the resort instead of a direct purchase. An electronic copy would be great but, I will gladly pay for coping/mailing costs if that is all that is available.

Are these not recorded documents? Can you not contact the area in Aruba where these would be recorded and have copies sent to you. It may get expensive since they are usually hundreds of pages. While my resort is in the US, I was able to actually look up the governing docs online at the county website and print them from there.
 
I have the Disclosure Statement and Governing Documents for Surf Club. PM me with your address and I will send them to you.
 
Jim- do you have an electronic copy, because if you do have in on a file so it would be a simple attachment to send I'd appreciate it also.
