What is this residence club like? Any information would be helpful - Can you shop for groceries close to the resort? Any restaurants walking distance? What to see in area?
1-4 rule - Does that mean we can only stay 1 week on getaway every 4 years. Thanks

We stayed there in 2017, and my review is posted in the review section. A full service grocery store (Auto Mercado) is a very short walk from the resort. You can walk to restaurants, or maybe walk there and take a cab back.

There are some afternoon boat trips and tours in the area. It was so long ago that I don't want to speculate too much on what might be currently available. We did a snorkel trip, and a bus trip to swim near a waterfall.

You can walk to the beach if you are just there to see the water, but you might want to take a cab if you have a lot of gear. I remember that the sidewalks were not very even, so I would recommend athletic shoes, and avoid flip-flops.

I would go back to the resort in a heartbeat.
