Just purchased a resale and closed in the end of January for Hilton Elara LV. This is my first time buying a resale. Maintenance fee was paid during escrow. We used LT Transfers to facilitate. Today I see is statement for LV Tower 52 condominium owners association. For 2024 club dues and club inventory activation fees.
