I've never used my timeshare, I don't know anything about the timeshare industry and I would like to simply get rid of it to whoever wants it. If you have any questions please let me know.

The Grandview at Las Vegas

Unit is owned and non on a mortgage.

I'm pretty sure I have an odd year usage with a bonus week every other year.

Maintenance Fee: 2023 MF have been paid. 2024 is due in December: $249 annually

RCI: No idea as I haven't paid for or use the RCI for at least 5 years

Points: No idea

Title Transfer: seller will pay closing costs

I will get my documents out of storage tonight to get all the info for whoever would like it.

If you have questions please PM me and I will do whatever i have to, to get you answers.

For this one you might want to pay the transfer fees to speed up the process.
We have people here that do it relatively inexpensive.

Thank you for the advice. Can I edit my post or just a reply saying I'll pay the fees is good?

I think the edit period has passed. After that only the moderators can edit. In the meantime you can post it as separate response (below).
LT Transfers do the transfer for a good price. I don't think you can go wrong with them once you find a buyer.

Is it points or fixed week? If points, how many?

have edited your post to reflect you will pay closing costs.

would highly suggest researching more of the details of the ownership to include in your listing.
