With the recent news about Quail Hollow Village shutting down, I believe that we should form a group to fight for our rights to not be burdened by unnecessary fees and additional random assessments. IF you wish to join up, please know the end result is to collectively hire a knowledgeable attorney to fight for us. It will be less expensive if we collectively join as one.

I'm not an owner, but we've been to Quail Hollow many times. They're shutting down?

Closed forever last October. RCI gave them the boot for many reasons.
Yeah, last time we were there we were shocked at how deteriorated it was. It's too bad because it's in such a beautiful spot!

Did RCI dump the other two Crown Resorts in Pennsylvania, too? Silverwoods and Treasure Lake? I've never been to either of those, but they looked similar to Quail Hollow.

Don't know. I doubt it. QHV was a train wreck.

I’ve never been to QH, but I have been to the other two - years ago on getaways. Even then I thought the resorts should close and sell off the units as private homes or apartments. They needed so many upgrades. The streets were terrible. There were no activities. The only perks were the wooded views and deer in the yards.

From what I heard they had at least one deck collapse, starting charging an unannounced cleaning fee up front before you could check in. Multiple sewer problems, mold, no heat, etc.... I guess RCI got tired of the complaints and cut them loose. That entire area is beginning to look like a better location for weekend homes for NY workers and the price of real-estate has gone way, way up.

Yeah, one of the upper decks had collapsed and so all the upper decks were blocked off. And at least two of the BUILDINGS were condemned! It was a total mess and it was clear the management was just trying to drive it into dust.
