Shell Direct Membership dispute

Does anyone know how the maintenance charge for a Direct Membership with Shell Vacations Club is determined? I assumed it is a certain dollar amount per point owned. I’m being charged 1/2 of what I previously paid when I owned 12, 050 points and I now only own 3,050 points. The direct membership is through SVC for my membership with Plaza Pelicanos in MX. I’ve spent hours on the phone with Financial Services, Owner Care and even the Wyndham Resolutions team and no one can answer my question.
