Tokyo Most Expensive City for Expats - Again

I live in Tokyo, yes it is expensive and no prices have not changed since the past few years as Japan is in stagflation.

The study takes NY as a base, and as the yen become stronger (more the usd and euro getting weaker) japan is jumping the ranking.

Being paid in yen, it is pure happiness, looking to buy resale in usd make even more a good deal 80% of the usd price.
