Has anyone had their VI remainder deed kick in yet? My first VI purchase was a resale 105-point contract that expires in 2026. It included a “remainder deed” at Sunriver and the remainder deed has a point value of 74.1 points. It goes into effect when the 105-point contract expires. Does anyone know what happens when the remainder deed kicks in? I called the VI remainder deed specialist and left a voicemail, but I believe she’s a few weeks behind returning calls.

Got the answer from corporate. They will convert the deed to permanent points if you want. I don’t know if there are other options.
