What details should I include in my Free Giveaway Listing?

In the live stream tonight a member suggested some instructions on how to craft a free giveaway listing to help folks out who may or may not know exactly how to give away a timeshare (or it might not even be theirs, as in giving away for a relative or deceased family member etc).

I wanted to create a list of things that folks should make an effort to include in a Free Timeshare Giveaway listing, please respond to this post with additional suggestions and ill add it to the list here:

1. Resort Name
2. Resort Location
3. Fixed Week / Floating Week / Number of Points (and specify what system)
4. frequency (every year? every other year?)
5. unit size (ie bed/bath/view)
6. Annual Maintenance fees
7. Date the annual maintenance fees are due each year (or indicate if paid monthly)
8. date the NEXT maintenance fee bill is due
9. Number of Points and the frequency (every year? every other year?)
10. Season if applicable (high demand etc)
11. Exchange Company Affiliation (if any)
12. Past trades you have made with this ownership
13. Closing Cost estimate (if any)

also a great suggestion to include a post title that includes the first 3 bullet points to easily attract the attention of an interested party!

except this was more to specifically target the folks who have been posting listings missing some vital info, was hoping for a specific way to get their attention to include it in future posts!

I think examples of past trade history can help (if they have any). Photos would also be good to provide. Inside and outside.

Location of the resort is good to know also. Not everyone knows where every resort is located.

I'm just going to throw this out there, its the marketing side of my brain thinking too much I'm sure. Could just me and if so, ok to call me on it, I have thick skin.

The new title "Free Timeshare Giveaways"

Giveaways in my head is similar to Sweepstakes, Lottery, etc. "Free themepark ticket giveaway with a tour" comes to mind.
Too good to be true, maybe it is, proceed with caution. What's the catch?

Other options:
Free Timeshares or Free Timeshares for transfer or Available free timeshares

I never considered it would be thought of as a sweepstakes, changed it to free timeshares available but might change it again if someone comes up with something better!

wanted it to be clear that not only folks could come here to post a timeshare for free to give away to a new home, but that folks looking to adopt a timeshare would immediately know the forum was full of free timeshares as well!
