Just made an account to let you guys know this site is awesome. Followed all I could learn from this site. Sent the rescission letter on the 14th.Today I got an email today saying autopay has been cancelled.(I'm assuming I was successfull in the cancelation of the contract.)

I have a question though. Will my Citizens Pay account be refunded the down payment, and if so how long will it take? Will they send anything to notify me that the contract is null?

I did a recission 5 +/- years ago and my account went back to exactly where it was before the rescinded purchase and all payments were fully refunded. Congrats on finding TUG and on rescinding. Purchase on your timeline, be it resale or retail.
