I still have a large sum of points that expire Dec 31, 2017 and wanted to roll them over to 2018, when I go and do this it says I have 0 points available to deposit. So it is not allowing me to move any points over to 2018. Does anyone else have this problem? had a ticket put in on this back in July but still not fixed.

You cannot just roll over points any time you want. There is a schedule based on whether or not you are VIP and what level VIP you are.

I am a VIP so I can do it all through 2107
Me too (VIP Platinum) and although I have points, the deposit feature shows 0 available to deposit. Thanks for posting, I'll have to call and have them put in a ticket.

I had the same problem and had waited a couple months with no results even though tickets were put in. Finally I called Owner Care and had them do it manually. It cost me extra but the points got moved. I've since received emails from Wyndham claiming my issues have been resolved but I'll need to wait until next year to see if the problem really has been fixed.

Actually glad to hear I am not the only one having this issue, hopefully they will be able to manually do mine too... I think I will wait a little longer in case I make any cancellation so I only have to do it once. Sandi, please let me know know if you get yours resolved or manually transfered

It is good to know they manually transfered these for you... Hopefully they wont have any problem doing mine, why did it cost you more?

If someone tries the on-line transfer of points and it does not work, if requested and insisted on, they may waive any additional costs for a call center person to do it.

I will post once I've gotten it taken care of. I, too, need to wait to be sure I'm done with this years stuff. I was hoping to wait last minute so I only have one deposit fee, but will call sooner since the software isn't working properly.

I am able to see points available to deposit now. I did not have to enter a ticket so hopefully it is fixed for everyone?

I did talk to a VC. The number of points available is the number of 2017 regular use year points remaining (not my allotted number of points). In years to come, I would expect to see this number be the number of available points or number of allotted points - whichever is greater.

Managing how the points get used over the next 2 years may be a little tricky if you have credit pooled points as they (understandably) cannot be deposited. But seems "ok" overall.

msyvonn385 can you see points available to deposit now?

What are 'allotted points'? I don't recall ever hearing that term used before. Just curious. Thanks.

Someone has 154,000 points for FY 2018. The allotted points are the 154,000 points for the 2018 regular use year.

I take that back... I have more than 1 membership, the main one with the large sum of points still show 0, but my other account has a # which was not there the other day. Thanks for the heads up, maybe this other one will get updated very soon
