Buying a Resale

So I am looking at buying a resale at Harborside, 2 bd lockout in weeks 1-17.

Has anyone had luck with the following companies? Or if you can suggest?

Also can anyone give me an idea on the following Fees Closing, Title, and Attorney?

I use LT Transfers myself, but unfortunately, they cannot do a Harborside transfer - you have to use a Bahamain Attorney.

Sounds like first thing I ask the broker is do they have a Bahamian Attorney they recommend.

Usually, the broker will arrange for the title transfer as part of their services.

Yes! When you go the site, go to menu on top right (I’m doing this from mobile on iPhone, don’t know if it matters), from the pull down choose
Find a timeshare ->
Timeshare resales
Then scroll down beneath the search and you can find bargains and newest! I find these categories quite helpful!

A lot of the companies on ebay, and other places, who are selling timeshares for free, are selling "rescue company" inventory, and they made their money from the original owner who PAID THEM to take their timeshares off their hands.

For 2019 I want to be in Harborside the week of 25-29
For 2020 I want to be in Harborside the week of 23-27

Is this week 12 or 13 on the calendar? Do you base your week on the check in date?

Right now the wife and I are going back and forth about weeks, trying to make plans!

Week 13 - March 29-April 5

For 2020:
Week 12 - March 20-27
Week 13 - March 27-April 3

These are based on a Friday check-in.

Agreed! Great job. Just mentioning for someone that might not know: resort calendars don't match-up to a standard 52 week calendar all the time.
