Las Vegas June 1-4

This would be my first ever rental, so bear with me. Looking for 2-3 bedrooms near or on the Vegas strip. Any advise is appreciated.

I am only seeing 1-bedroom deluxe condos at the Grand Desert in the Wyndham system (but of course, extraholidays.com has 1 AND 2 bedroom deluxe condos at the GD...go figure, right...?!).

Per the resort (Grand Desert) there are 787 unit. 783 available for occupancy, and 4 models.

Wyndham Inventory Management does the allocations of units between Fairfield (CWP/CWA) owners, RCI and Extra Holidays. The hotel group, to use their points, has to go through Extra Holidays.

Your best bet for a 2 bedroom for the area you want would probably be Extra Holidays.

The developer owns inventory of their own, so they can hold out whatever they want for rentals, w/in the limits of their ownership. They control the allocation, they hold the cards.
