We stayed at Fairway Villas this summer and went into Seaview Clubhouse (did not golf). I don't believe there are any FREE rounds - possibly just a discount and its right there as far as travel time. During the summer the flies can be bad - heard from another guest. Would like to play it next time we visit.

Last time I golfed there, probably 5 years ago, it was 25% off after noon. As for rentals, its not a super popular resort, so its hard to find a renter. I'd only do it if you could cover the MF, which might be tough.

I recently spoke with the GM at MFV about a few concerns I have as an owner. We talked about a bunch of things, but as far as this thread is concerned, he mentioned that the Seaview Hotel was recently sold, again. The investor plans to put a decent amount of money into it, as it hasn't been refurbished in several years. He also said there is no relationship at all between MFV and the Seaview any longer, including golfing.

We stayed at Fairway Villas a few years ago. The resort itself is very nice. Would I go back probably no. The surrounding area is ok. Atlantic City was very disappointing and needs an injection of new life.
