13,000 available 12/1/2019

2018 maintenance fees were $768.48 and membership dues were $139

I received the points in a divorce settlement, and cannot keep up with the dues on my own. Paid closing costs negotiable!

Edit: points were purchased in Myrtle Beach, SC. I’m waiting on a response from Bluegreen to confirm which resort and will update

Additional information per Bluegreen:

Points are deeded to Shore Crest Vacation Villas I. You are deeded two accounts, week one (6,000 Biennial Points) and week two (7,000 Biennial Points). Both accounts are Sales Type Y, which places them in Trust Fund E.

What are the underlying weeks behind the points?

For example, your deed will say something like 112/27E for unit 112 with an early July week on the even years. I'm interested if it's in the summer. I have trust fund E and looking to pick up some extra points. Thanks, Ed
