Please correct me if I am completely off my rocker, but wasn't the property(Hyatt) in Key West right on Mallory Square?!? I could have sworn I was looking at it online a few months ago and we walked right by it while on a cruise shore visit a couple years ago. Am I delusional??

Your right. Its still there. Even with some renovations recently. Its called SUNSET HARBOR. It was the first Hyatt Vacation club. Number 1. Just go look at an online map and you will find it. Or look at the info sheet on it at: https://www.hyattresidenceclub.com/resorts/hyatt-sunset-harbor

It's a smaller property and hard to trade into. It's directly across from where the cruise ships dock. Near , But not exactly on Mallory pier. The Hilton Parking garage is right in front of the Sunset Harbor. The Swimming pool is partially hidden from view when outside the gates of the property by trees and vegetation, however the pool area of is closet part of the property that is nearest to the dock areas.

Maybe your confused because there are also two other Hyatt Residence clubs on Key West. The Beach House and Windward Point. Both on the somewhat North side of the island.

We love Sunset Harbor, it's our favorite place to stay in Key West. We own a week in July but often rent there when we've used all our points. This year we were able to book three weeks in a studio with our points instead of one week in a 2/2 but always have to plan it In advance so we can get the dates we want.

FYI, the garage referenced above is now a Margaritaville property, so when you're looking at the map, you'll see Sunset Harbor is next to Margaritaville, not a Hilton.

And at 15$ per nite the parking is a bargain. There is also a weekly rate I've heard.
