I don't think there is any way to know. Frankly I would make my decision figuring I would get nothing back and be pleasantly surprised when I did...

How do you plan on getting the week enrolled to get you to Presidential?

Ocean Pointe Platinum will probably hold resale value more than others in the list.

Are you aware that if you buy a resale week, you won't be able to enroll it, you won't get points and it will not count towards presidential?

Edit: I see from your prior posts that you were planning to buy points retail from Marriott and enroll your resale weeks as part of the package. This may work, but then your resale week depreciation will be the least of your worries. Instead, the big thing is your retail points will depreciate pretty much to zero very quickly.

Silver will be worthless, Gold almost nothing, and the platinum week might get you 25% if your lucky. IMHO only.

You can check the resale database ie ROFR kept by GregT and a sticky on the Marriott forum at the top of the page.

Redweek shows actual sales of these weeks, doesn't mean the future is the same of course. Rofr shows activity on them as well. They are not worthless weeks it would appear. I still say take the Barony, it has some value and cheapest MF, esp. given the recent increase...

Personally, I would only consider purchasing the week that I was most likely to use. Maybe that could help you with your decision.
