Has anyone done business with Vacation Homes Only. I have an offer to get a renter from them for a unit I have advertised on TUG. I haven't received their contract yet, but they tell me I do not have to change the reservation on the unit to their client's name until I have cashed the check from them. What do you think?

No upfront fees. They charge the renter more than you change them. Still, I am suspicious.

When Preston called back the renter had gone elsewhere. I didn't like his approach anyway. Thanks for the feedback. Hopefully this helps others in the future.
