Has anyone had any recent experience renting any Marriott weeks from Vacationsonly, good or bad? Tess Broderick or Lorna?

I have never used them, but some of their prices seem suspiciously low, some of the pics of the resorts (i,e, Marriott Surfwatch) appear not to be the actual resorts and many of the rental ads don't take you anywhere. I am curious to see what others have to say.
