I was wondering if anyone knows much about Curacao? Are the beaches good? We are a family of five, kids are ages 5 & 7, Grandpa and us. We don't dive, love to beach, play in the ocean, snorkel and explore. Any comments and suggestions would be appreciated. Also, does anyone know about the II resort Kurá Hulanda Vacation Club (perhaps it's RCI as well)?

I think you will enjoy Curacao. It has nice beaches, places to explore, and a different culture. We own at the Sea Aquarium Royal Resort. If you can exchange there, the kids would love the Sea Aquarium which is part of this timeshare. The entrance fee is free for those staying in this property. The beach in this resort is man made and not quite as good in my opinion with the others in the island. There is an ostrich farm that you could tour and maybe ride one of them. You can try the ostrich meat and omelet!

The Kurá Hulanda resort is in the city, Willemstad, a very convenient location for touring and doing your shopping. There is a very nice museum of African history in this location.
