I currently have saved points on my account and am trying to sell my TS.
Anything wrong with offering them as an incentive to a new buyer? Anything that would prohibit buyer from being able to use them as long as they are booked before expiration?

As long as the saved points show on the estoppel and are part of the sale, it should transfer to the buyer. The tricky part is when the sale takes place during the year. As saved points, they will have to be used in the year to which they were saved. If it's too late in the year, buyer's booking options may be limited due to availability and may not be much of an incentive.
