Didn’t Receive Reservation Transactions for 2018

My 308k annual resale closed in late December and all my points are showing properly in my account, but I received no reservation transactions or guest confirmations for 2018. I’ve called several times and each time am told the appropriate number will be added to my account, but I still haven’t gotten anything. I received a voicemail a few days ago from wyndham saying they have been unable to load them to my account, but if I want to make a reservation I can call and they will process for me without having to buy additional reservation transactions.

Has anyone else ever had this problem?

I had this problem and they opened a ticket to fix it. It took a good 3 weeks or so for it to be resolved, but it finally was.

If you get the right Wyndham rep they can change while your on the phone. Keep calling and be persistent.
