My 308k annual resale closed in late December and all my points are showing properly in my account, but I received no reservation transactions or guest confirmations for 2018. I’ve called several times and each time am told the appropriate number will be added to my account, but I still haven’t gotten anything. I received a voicemail a few days ago from wyndham saying they have been unable to load them to my account, but if I want to make a reservation I can call and they will process for me without having to buy additional reservation transactions.
Has anyone else ever had this problem?
