Does anyone know if one exists? I tried looking online for the CC&R, but was told it can not be found online. I reached out to Marriott Vacation Club, and they responded that I needed to contact the Condo Association Board at mvciopbd@vacationclub.com. I did, but they have not bothered to respond.

It would actually be written in to the original deed, not the CC&Rs. Looks like it is 10:00am on the first Sunday of 2059.

I knew there was one at Custom House but thought that was the only one in the Marriott system. Are there any others beyond Ocean Pointe?

I believe all the florida properties have a sunset clause. This clause doesn't mean they will end the timeshare arrangement as at that time the owners can vote to continue the arrangement. At that time, the MVC DC trust will likely have a big stake in all of the properties, so they will likely call the shots.

As I remember, one of he results of the sunset clause would be that the deeded weeks would return to owners use unless they voted to retain the floating week plan.
