There are quite a few; Villa de Palmar Flamingos, is the closest non-AI one I know of. Accidentally took the Riu bus from outside the Vidanta compound to get to PV and drove by a bunch.

It could well be Vallarta Gardens ,
I just bumped two threads about Vallarta Gardens so you could read them .
We have been solicited by an OPC a couple of times for the "resort "

They could also be using a different name for the resort and/or .... / but the TRUE scam(s) at the location are the same.

I believe it is in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle area

We are from Costa sur in old Town. Our friends go to a place down there for 2 weeks and say we're they stay is great. We are going to explorer down that way this year. They move around from resort to resort in there 8 weeks stay.
