I would rather give a TUGger my votes. Not because the persons that Vistana recommends are not very fine people, i am sure they are. And not because the resort is not already very well run, I think it is extremely well managed. But because I think it is a good idea that, whenever the case, we can raise some concerns in a more effective way. Please PM me if you will be there and you want my votes so i can fill out my proxy voting online.

The below signed, as member(s) of Cancun Lagunamar Property Ownership Association (the "Association"), do hereby appoint EITHER the Association's Secretary or a member of my/our choosing as indicated below, as my/our proxyholder.
