Does anybody have a link or an image of the Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas map? I had a look in the Vistana stickies but could not find it.

Thanks.

I don't have a property map, but I was just there over New Year's, and last March. Basically two buildings, the older hotel building, and the "Morningside" building. I don't know all of the history of the Morningside building, but the units in that building are huge. I think they were at one point expected to be full ownership units but ended up going into the timeshare. The other building has units which were built out for the timeshare a few years ago, with two bedroom lockouts (comprising of a studio and one bedroom.) The newest units are units which were converted from hotel rooms into 2 bedroom units that do not lock off. Those units are dedicated 2 bedrooms, much smaller than the 2 bedroom lockoffs, do not have an oven or fireplace. The are the newest so they are the most modern looking, with barn doors, gray tones, etc. I took a tour in March so had the opportunity to see all of these units.

The hotel had a restaurant in the lobby which was still open for dinner last month, but they have plans to close it and convert it to a market, geared towards timeshares. A new restaurant opened next door, and is attached to the hotel but not owned by the hotel.

This timeshare provides a shuttle service to restaurants in Steamboat and it works very well. You can schedule a dropoff time, and call whenever you are ready to be picked up.

You can figure out what you are booking by looking at the points requirements and square footage by unit, but it is hard because they have so many different types/layouts.

Thank you. We are owners and I would like to try and sell/give way pur two bedroom unot in morningside which has a valley view. I was just trying to get all the relevant info before posting because even though it says valley view it is essentially mountain view. I just wanted to have some evidence if somebody queried my discription.
