Housekeeping Fees at WMH

Hi,

For my next trip to WMH, I will have a $56 housekeeping assessed for a 2 bedroom unit. Does anyone know how much the housekeeping fee is for the 1 bedroom premium and the small 1 bedroom?

The other party we're traveling with might not be able to stay for entire time, so I'm thinking of cancelling the 2 bedroom unit, and booking two separate one bedroom reservations to save some SOs. However, if the two separate housekeeping fees total up substantially higher than $56, it may not be worth it.

Multiple reservations on a single VOI may result in a housekeeping fee. IIRC, the number of reservations allowed on a single VOI prior to the imposition of a housekeeping charge varies based on the particular VOI.

Yes, I've broken the SOs for this unit over a few trips. So the housekeeping charge is correct.

What happens if you use SOs and just book a single week at a property? When do you get assessed the housekeeping fee?

I thought the standard was that they do a mid-week tidy-up but other than that they do not visit your room to clean/refresh?

I stayed 5 weeks at WLR and paid no Housekeeping fees. To best of my knowledge I never have paid any. I'm an owner, not renting.

How many weeks one stays is irrelevant. What matters is the number of reservations per VOI.

What if I bank this year usage? Am I automatically received 2 reservations with no fees? Im seeing my second reservation on WKORV stated $38 from the usage I banked, and thinking to call to ask for removal.
