If you look in the comments people are having trouble with this pie setting up. I went to the original source listed in the article and found the original recipe which looks quite wonderful. Like Flapper Pie but with a chocolate layer. I hate throwing out egg whites and this recipe uses them like a meringue rather than a whipping cream topping.
For those that love an old fashioned cookbook...the link is an online version. But it would be fun to go through and find old favorites listed.
