I listed my platinum 2 bedroom Marriott's Grande Chateau on FB Marriott Rent, Sale,
I received a message wanting to know what to do now. I believe we find a closing company. What company would you suggest?
Buyer pays closing and ROFR fee, is that it?
Thanks in advance, I will call the closing company tomorrow and see what we need to do.
Thanks in advance.

You, the seller control the sale. You set the price, terms, etc.

If you really need to sell it then you want to pay for as much as the closing costs as possible; otherwise let the buyer pay for some or all of the closing.

Try using: www.LTTransfers.com

LT Transfers is highly recommended here on TUG.

Best of luck.

Thanks, Clark and The Time Travels,
I want to sell it, but I listed it lower than any other 2 bedroom, platinum in RedWeek. I think it is a very fair price, and closing shouldn't be too much.

Buyer normally pays closing, but your option. I've used LT Transfers for two sales where I was the buyer and one as the seller...and helped the other party through the process both times. I used a 'poor mans' escrow where they hold the check until the title is filed with Marriott, but they may have formalized their escrow process now. Review their website, use their sales contract and/or talk to them on the phone and you should be well taken care. Just always check for typos....

Another thumbs up for LT Transfers. Just closed one and am in the process of another.
I wouldn't use anyone else, unless you like paying inflated fees.

I have called LT Transfers, I am now waiting for a buyer. I think I will list it on RedWeek. I listed on TUG, one reply wanting to know if I would take $1000.00 I felt the fees were very reasonable.
