This 2 bedroom lockout is a better trader than the popular 3 bedroom units because it has lower maint fees but receives nearly as many TPUs in RCI.

Prime float 20-38, $816 yearly maint fees, receives 25 & 32 TPUs when split and depositing summer weeks in RCI. That's only $14.32 a point.

BONUS: July 14, 2019 week is available if you want to pay the remaining $408 for it. I've already paid the first 6 months!

Deeded 229C2, week 22.

Free, plus $175 transfer fee to the resort or you can use their their inclusive service with attorney for $365.

What is included in the transfer fee? Besides the price, what is the difference between the $175 and the $365? Can I start my usage in 2020, as i already have a vacation booked during that time?

The resort requires $175 to transfer ownership. So closing services would be in addition to this (like LT transfers). The resort offers this service as well for $365 total (including transfer fee and closing costs).

Yes, could can start usage in 2020. The maint fees start in October, but they allow monthly payments and you can reserve up to 24 months in advance.

I assume so because I don't receive or pay any separate tax bills.

Thanks much appreciated! Hopefully last set of questions, does this also trade with Interval or is it strictly RCI? Is it 2 one bedroom lock off? How many total does it sleep? Is the room, building 229? (Looking at the resort map first building by the lazy river) If I do want it, how do we start the process?

It's with RCI exclusively. Such a great offer. I was actually tempted, and I already have three of them. :)

It trades only with RCI. It's a 2 bedroom lock off that sleeps 6. If you lock it off, it sleeps 4 in a 1 bedroom with a kitchen, and the other side is a 2 person hotel unit. Though the unit is deeded that building, the ownership is a prime summer float, so you can reserve any week you want. I'm not sure how they handle room location requests. You can call the resort to ask: 888-913-4477

If you want to proceed, you can either contact the closing company of your choice, or if you wish to use the resort's services, I'll call them Monday to have them send me the paperwork to fill out to start the process and give to you. You'll send them a check and the paperwork (then they'll start the deed prep, etc). Send me a private message with your name(s) for the deed and contact info to give to the resort.
