Express booking window - 3 months out this morning??

Looking at Bonnet Creek July 4th week and seeing no availability. I see availability on extra holidays though!!!

But here's my question. Why the calendar below showing July 4th week in the Express booking window when it is longer than 2 months out. Is this some glitch? It appears to have express out at 3 months this morning.

Am I missing something?

Express is three months. You might be confusing it with the VIP discount/upgrade window which is 60 days. Two different things.

  Reservations made 3 months or less prior to the check-in date.

What Eric said, but keep in mind July 4th week at BC tends to book up quite early in the SRP.

Please remember the 60 day discount is not exactly 60 days now. The system uses 2 calendar months as the start of the discount. An example is for a check in on July 1. The discount starts on May 1, even though those days are 61 days apart..

And the availability on Extra Holidays may be an owner using EH to rent out their reservation (this is probably not the best way to rent out a ressie, but people do it). OR it could be units that are unsold and owned by Wyndham. OR there is a little clause in the contract that allows Wyndham to take a percentage of vacant owner owned units to rent. This helps keep occupancy high, and allows some non-owners the opportunity to sit through a sales session.
