MVC Web Site Not Working

I am trying to make a reservation and need to understand my point balance. The web site does not offer that information because it is not working. In checking with the "customer service" they are aware of the problem and have no idea when it will be fixed.

It would seem to me point balances is vital information that deserves better than who knows when we will fix it.

I'm not having any trouble - looked at points balance, upcoming reservations, and was able to see inventory.
No problem looking at points balance or booking ressies for me either.

It's actually the Marriott Hotel site (BONVOY) that is not working for past 3 days....marriott.com/hotel-search.mi
cannot "Find & Reserve" anything beyond clicking on that item.....

It stays on "1 night", and only shows June and July, and cannot advance to book anything.
Phone rep says "Yes, having problems, will alert the IT guys, problem ongoing for 2+ days", he says.
That's lousy!!!!!!

I just booked on Marriott.com about 24 hrs ago.
Tested it again and I have no problem scrolling through the calendar and selecting check in and out dates (number of nights adjusts as I select).
Maybe try another device or browser.
I used my ipad.

Chrome won't work....first time for me that it hasn't worked, but that lasted 3 days. Firefox DOES work.
I got done what I needed with Firefox. No problem, just wish they'd work it out.

If you like Chrome but find a website isn't working properly try opening an Incognito window. I've found Chrome to be the most reliable browser and so use it most of the time, but if there is a problem incognito fixes the issue for me eight times out of ten. If not, IE and/or Firefox.

I have been having the same issue for a week or so, i get an error when i try to view the Vacation Portfolio/ point balances screen. I finally reach out to customer service yesterday, and at first they denied the issue, but then confirmed the same issue. Was told that MVC Tech Support is working to fix this, but no estimate on a fix.

I have tried multiple browsers, and incognito mode as well, so i don't think it something on my end.

Interesting that some people are affected, and others have no problems.. Not sure if thats good or bad...
