I just received a letter from [the Owner Advisory in Colleyville TX.]

....the Owner Advisory in Colleyville TX. It states they are pleased to inform me that I qualify to eliminate all future maintenance fees - including 2019.

This is the first scam letter I have received for a timeshare. Has anyone else received a letter from these scam - er -people?
