Well, our WOR showed up in our II account today. Now waiting for HRC to send me a “Welcome Packet/Email”. Does anyone know how long this normally takes?

We got a call from them 2 days after ownership showed up on line asking if we needed help and to explain the system. I thought it was a nice touch though we already own 2 weeks and didnt need it. For new owners it is belpful. The welcome package if I remember from the past took a few weeks but may be different now

I've never received a welcome package...it's been over 6 months, so if I were you I wouldn't hold my breath.

Do you already have an account with HRC? If not, I would call HRC and ask them for your member number / contract number and you should be able to register it.

Glad to hear it! I think you're really going to enjoy your Hyatt ownership. It's a smaller group of properties, but I haven't seen a single one yet that was anything but top notch, and the hospitality of the staff matches the quality of the resorts. Enjoy!

I am excited. Living in CA, we have 4 properties close to us so I looking forward to vacationing at each one.
