I just wanted to post that we just returned from Florida after purchasing a timeshare from a developer, knowing we had 10 days to cancel. Happy at first- great location, floating week, odd year, low maintenance fee, II- but had discussions about whether to keep it or not. Determined the TS purchase cost was too much at this point. In doing research, we found TUG, read the advice article on rescinding and just mailed our letter to rescind. Thank you for your advice and assistance. Glad to have more time now to research and decide how to proceed with vacation planning.
