And how much was were they giving as equity and how much did they want you to spend and on what?
I usually avoid sales meeting but my husband convinced me to take one at Bluewater in June for the $150 check. I don't currently own with Spinnaker. It was a Wednesday afternoon- and rainy. Our salesman told us it was his Friday and we were his last meeting for the day. I actually like Bluewater a lot and have stayed in 3 BR units (2 at Easter and one in mid June through Interval) in the last 6 years. If it were closer to home 7 or less hours vs the 8-10 hours it is, I would be more inclined.
I told the salesperson that if I were going to buy it would be an EOY 3 BR unit and I didn't need to see anything because I had stayed in it multiple times. The offer was better than I expected. The final offer was just under $9000 everything included. Still passed. I know I can get a resale for under $3000 and the developer offer is for bonus time and every other year is as often as we would make it to any spinnaker property and bonus time is unlikely to be available in the summer
