Enjoy.
Don’t worry, we will try not to burn the house down. Unless.... MVC makes a major announcement.

Howdy and good morning.

Enjoy your vacation. You have earned it. No wifi  IMHO, is a very, very good thing. . Now ditch that cellphone and your blood pressure will drop 10 to 20 %.

Pleas enjoy your vacation.

Hope you are having a great time! I would love a vacation without WiFi (and kids).

Hi! Back from camping - fun but a lot of work and a lot of clean up afterwards! I think I will stick to timesharing!

We went camping last month for just 2 nights. Fortunately i had a decent cell signal... I was up late, in the dark, with torrential rain, unable to sleep while everyone else was knocked out... and I was posting on TUG about how I'd rather be timesharing!

This is totally me. We bought mountain land, which we still own, and it's only good for a picnic or two, then we come back home. We bought it 40 years ago to camp. We camped once with a toddler and a baby, and I told Rick I cannot do that for vacation. Then in 1981, we went to a timeshare presentation in Fraser, CO, the river right there for fishing, and a beautiful 3 bedroom condo. How could we not buy that. So our land sits unused much of the time. Still, it's great for a picnic. Ants everywhere, of course.

We got married in 1978. Growing up, with the exception of two vacations, our vacations consisted of camping in the mountains. During the summer of 1979 I suggested we go camping. My newlywed wife informed me as far as she was concerned "camping was staying at a Holiday Inn without room service." I just now realized I haven't been camping for over 40 years!

We met some cousins at Twin Lakes - a location where we used to camp with the same cousins as children and young adults, but haven't been back for years. They are gung ho campers and they would like to make it an annual thing. I'm still catching up on everything at home.
