Did you mean maintenance fees $1,619 per Year versus a week?

The 2019 maintenance fees at that resort for a 2 bedroom unit are $1619 per year, per deeded week. He's selling two weeks. So you'd pay $1619 X 2. $3,238 per year to own the two weeks.

It's a nice resort, and G11 is an oceanfront unit.

Do I understand that you are offering the two 2019 weeks as a free bonus, having paid the MF? Is there assigned weeks?

Hi Dave,
Can you swim at the beach at the resort? Are the waves too rough?

No. A rip current will pull you out to sea so it is not advised.

There are beaches nearby but you will need a car.

Not right in front. It’s pretty rough and rocky. Up the beach is a park where some folks try swimming, but it’s rough there too. It’s more of a walking and sunning beach. It is surfable. Swim at the hotel pool next door - it’s awesome.

Let me be clear - it is dangerous ito swim at that beach. I repeat my above statement - there is a strong current that can pull you out to sea. The rocks are the least of your worries.

Can you swim there? Do people swim there? Yes, but you will be risking your life in doing so. There are signs posted warning about the current at that beach.

There are other beaches nearby in driving distance that are safe for tourists. This beach is not.
