Hi, I’m not a DVC member/owner, but have in the past considered purchasing. I’m curious though, do you get pressured by DVC to buy more points, especially while you are on vacation at one of the resorts? I’m a fairly new Wyndham owner, and they seem too terrible about it.

Not at all, they don't even want you to tour once an owner though they will is you push them. They'll send out flyers and emails but that's about it.

Nothing like when you stay over at Bonnet Creek and have to take the room phone off the hook to get any peace.

Never.

In fact, when I wanted to make a direct purchase, it took many phone calls and emails to actually get through to a guide.

Even when we are in the parks as a family they don't even approach us. But I can't go to Walmart in the same town as a Wyndham and not be approached. lol

Thanks for your responses. Knowing Disney like I do, that’s what I suspected.

They do not pressure you at all. You need to approach them when in a resort to even get assistance. It is a very laid back environment.
