when booking using weeks not points with your account, can you see different views? I used my Florida club and booked a week. I notice later on the reservation that it was Oceanside. I called Marriott and they said they had oceanfronts available so I changed it. Can anyone see view type when booking? cause I never saw that option at all.

This must be a unique feature with Florida Club?
Normally, with “Home” resort weeks you own a specific view designation and that is all you can get when booking your week so you do not see anything else as an option.

I would try a mock booking with our Grande Vista week, but we only own gold. So I can't book anything yet at Ocean Pointe for 2020.

I have this question also via Florida Club.

If I use my Grande Vista Plat (no view designation) to reserve Ocean Pointe (has Oceanside and Oceanfront view designations) via Florida Club....what view can I or do I get?

You can get anything that’s available. Apparently you have to call and they will tell you.

+1 - this was my experience when I called. There were some oceanfront dates available during the summer but none that worked for us, so we did oceanside which would up being a pretty decent view.
