Priority pass lounge at Ohare has capacity restriction where I was told to come back later when the lounge isn't full. So far I've been able to get in 1 out of 4 tries

I know everybody loves the club lounges, but the years we had access, the AA lounge was almost always crowded and difficult to navigate. My kids and husband didn’t care. They loved the free WiFi.

We have only used PP a few times (in LAX at PfChangs, which has worked out great) but the one place where I was very thankful to have access was in Papeete. The airport there is not air conditioned, but the lounge was. It was amazing to get out of the humidity. Otherwise I don't really care that much, but it is sad when they take away the perks.

Time restrictions, Hah! The Priority Club at BOS would not even let us enter, even though we could see empty seats there. They told us the seats were being held for preferred members, whatever that means.

They may have contracted with some airlines so that their first and business class passengers receive access.

We haven’t had any issues ( yet )
Other than a 15-20 minute wait at one club that was full due to a previous flight delay
They took our cell number and called us when room opened

We also have not had any issues using clubs on connecting flights but I think that’s up to the person at the counter

Not such great news for the frequent flyer. We have access but have not had the opportunity to go in one.
