“The problem, according to Ibis Property Owners Association President Gordon Holness, is that one of the residents of the community continues to feed the birds despite being warned on several occasions not to do so.”

Who in their right mind feeds vultures. And what do they feed them.

The birds have been amazingly destructive and persistent. The problem now will be getting the vultures to "unlearn" their tactics. Maybe the homeowner in the video clip has been playing the wrong music on his speakers? I wonder if he has tried Metallica??? LOL. :D:D

Sounds like an "en masse" visit by all the neighbours to the wrong-headed owner might be in order. Let him or her know that the rest of the community is unhappy and does not agree that vultures need to be fed. Sometimes peer pressure, rather than "official" sanctions, works better. :wall:

If that doesn't work, then maybe the next visit by the community might try a very old method, now fortunately disfavoured. Bring along a fence pole with them, a pot of hot tar and a bucket of feathers!!! Maybe then the neighbour might get the message. LOL.:wave:
